In our
breeding program, our goal is to produce an animal with
athletic ability, sound conformation, a willing heart, and
most importantly, a good mind. All the qualities
necessary for top performance in the pasture, arena, or show
ring.
We raise our colts in the pasture
where they have room to grow and are exposed to the natural
surroundings of water filled creeks, thick brush, and trees,
making future training easier. To start our colts we use
"gentle break" methods to help them maintain a willing
desire to perform. Several of our colts are already
being used for roping, reining, western pleasure or standing
at stud. |

We are glad for the opportunity
to share with you what we feel are some outstanding examples
of foundation quarter horse breeding. Our breeding
program started out as a hobby over 22 years ago with a
double bred Two Eyed Jack mare who we consider the
"matriarch" of the herd. From her we have produced
some outstanding mares and a son and grandson we currently
stand at stud. Over the years we have added a Leo
grandson to the stud pen and several mares that boast
pedigrees including King, Poco Bueno, Wimpy, Hancocks Double,
Grey Badger; Doc Bar, and more. Use the menu above
